I took my Bernese Mountain dog puppy here from about 15 weeks old til about 7 months old and was SO impressed with the level of training he received. Austin has a lot of patience and I loved that he taught me a lot of training tips to use at home with our dog, both things ibcouiod do and the kids could do. We plan to get another dog and will definitely be using his training services again at that time.
Great experience! I have a 1yo German Shepherd mix, Layla, and a 4mo Border Collie mix, Dexter. I've always had a hard time controlling Layla on a leash because she is big and can pull easily. After one session with Austin, she hardly pulls on me at all! I had the same issue with Dexter, and although he still hasn't completely picked up on it (partially due to his age), he is doing so much better and I have no doubt I will have two professional leash walkers in no time! Definitely would recommend, and am to my friends!! Will be returning for any issues I have in the future as well.
am so impressed by Austin and his passion for animals. His knowledge on training is amazing and he accomplishes what he sets out to do and more. We have a 4 month old Corgi and he was biting and not minding. After the first session with Austin we knew we had found the perfect trainer. It took two sessions and Chase (our Corgi) was not biting as much and paying attention. After five sessions he was a new puppy. Austin shows you how to help with your animals at home. He is one awesome trainer I would recommend him to everyone. Also he works around your schedule. Check him out.
Austin does an fantastic job with our chocolate lab, Hank. He is reliable and flexible with schedules. We completely trust him to care for our Hank when boarding him while we are on vacation. Austin also gives us pointers on how to train Hank at home, they worked almost immediately. Soon Lost Creek Traning Academy will train Hank for a whole week, I can't wait to see what they do to help both us and Hank in the future.
We took our 4 month old Great Dane to Lost Creek. Austin was so good with Aggie but was also great at "training" my husband and me as well! We smooshed 4 sessions into one day because we had to travel from McCook; we got so much useful information in this time! Austin worked with Aggie and gave us so many tools on basic obedience to take home and practice. But not only did he give us the tools to work with her he was so good at explaining how and why the techniques worked in many different scenarios. Austin is obviously great with dogs and super knowledgeable! I'll be recommending Lost Creek Training Academy to everyone.
